We understand that circumstances change. At Celivya we aim to be as flexible and accommodating as possible. Below are our guidelines for canceling or modifying your order.


1. ACT QUICKLY — TIME IS LIMITED

All orders enter our fulfillment system immediately after payment confirmation. We process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible — typically within 1-2 business days. This means the window to cancel or modify an order is short.

If you need to make any changes please contact us immediately at officialcelivya@gmail.com with your order number.


2. CHANGING YOUR ORDER

If you need to change your order — including items, quantities, or shipping address — contact us as soon as possible at officialcelivya@gmail.com.

We will do our best to accommodate changes if your order has not yet entered the fulfillment stage. Changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is being processed.

Changes we can attempt:

  • Shipping address correction
  • Quantity adjustment
  • Product variant change

Changes we cannot make after fulfillment begins:

  • Swapping products
  • Applying discount codes retroactively
  • Changing the delivery method

3. CANCELING YOUR ORDER

Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation contact us immediately at officialcelivya@gmail.com with your order number.

If your order has already been processed or shipped we are unable to cancel it. In that case please refer to our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee outlined in our Refunds & Returns Policy.


4. REFUNDS FOR CANCELED ORDERS

If your cancellation request is approved before your order is processed:

  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the refund

5. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Log into your account dashboard and manage your subscription directly
  2. Or email us at officialcelivya@gmail.com

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next scheduled renewal to avoid being charged for that cycle. Once a subscription renewal has been charged and processed it is subject to our standard 30-Day Money Back Guarantee.


6. ORDER STATUS UPDATES

You will receive email notifications at every stage of your order including:

  • Order confirmation
  • Order dispatched with tracking number
  • Delivery confirmation
