1. 30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
We offer a full 30-day money back guarantee on all Celivya orders. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order contact us at officialcelivya@gmail.com and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
This guarantee applies to both opened and unopened products. We want you to actually try the product and experience the results — not return it untouched.
2. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
To request a refund simply:
- Email us at officialcelivya@gmail.com
- Include your order number and a brief description of your experience
- Our team will respond within 24 hours Monday to Friday
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days
You do not need to return the product to receive your refund.
3. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at officialcelivya@gmail.com. Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damage or defect if possible
Once approved we will send you a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
4. INCORRECT ORDERS
If you receive an incorrect item please notify us within 7 days of receiving your package at officialcelivya@gmail.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund depending on your preference at no cost to you.
5. REFUND PROCESSING
Once your refund request is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
- Refunds are returned to your original payment method
- You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed
- Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund
6. SHIPPING FEES
Standard shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error — such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Package Protection fees are also non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
7. SUBSCRIPTION REFUNDS
If you are enrolled in a subscription and wish to cancel and request a refund please contact us at officialcelivya@gmail.com before your next renewal date. We will cancel your subscription and process any applicable refund within 3-5 business days.
8. REFUND LIMITATIONS
We reserve the right to limit refund requests to one per customer. Celivya reserves the right to refuse refund requests that appear fraudulent or abusive of our guarantee policy.
