5. ORDERS & PRICING We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and pricing. However, we reserve the right to correct pricing errors and refuse or cancel orders affected by such errors. Your order placement does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms.

6. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS By enrolling in a subscription you authorize Celivya to charge your payment method automatically at the selected billing frequency until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time with no fees or penalties by logging into your account dashboard or by emailing us at officialcelivya@gmail.com. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next scheduled renewal to avoid being charged for that cycle. Celivya reserves the right to modify subscription pricing with advance notice to subscribers.

7. RETURNS & REFUND POLICY We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all orders. If you are not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of purchase contact us at officialcelivya@gmail.com with your order number and we will issue a full refund. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. We reserve the right to limit refund requests to one per customer.

8. SHIPPING All orders ship from our US warehouse via USPS. We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS or circumstances beyond our control. Celivya is not liable for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. We currently ship within the United States only.

9. USER CONTENT By submitting reviews, comments, or other user-generated content you grant Celivya a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute that content. You represent that your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
