CELIVYA — SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Thank you for choosing Celivya. We are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and transparently. Below you will find everything you need to know about our shipping process, delivery times, and order tracking.
1. WHERE WE SHIP FROM
All Celivya orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our US warehouse. Every order is manufactured in a GMP certified FDA-registered facility in the United States — ensuring the highest quality from production to your door.
2. PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and dispatched.
3. SHIPPING OPTIONS & DELIVERY TIMES
We ship all orders via USPS within the United States.

Delivery times are calculated from the date your order is dispatched — not the date it is placed. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as public holidays or USPS delays.
4. FREE SHIPPING
Standard shipping is free on all orders of $54.99 or more. Orders below $54.99 are subject to a flat $5.00 standard shipping fee.
5. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your USPS tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order directly at usps.com using your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active.
6. SHIPPING PROTECTION
At checkout you may add Package Protection for $2.95. This covers your order against loss or damage in transit. If you experience an issue with a protected order contact us at officialcelivya@gmail.com and we will resolve it promptly.
For orders without Package Protection Celivya is not liable for packages lost or damaged during transit. However we will always do our best to assist you in resolving shipping issues.
7. ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Celivya is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to inaccurate or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error in your shipping address contact us immediately at officialcelivya@gmail.com — we will do our best to correct it before your order is dispatched.
8. DOMESTIC SHIPPING ONLY
We currently ship within the United States only. We are working on expanding to international shipping in the future. Please check back for updates.
9. DELAYED OR MISSING ORDERS
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window please:
- Check your tracking number at usps.com
- Confirm your shipping address was entered correctly
- Contact us at officialcelivya@gmail.com with your order number
We will investigate and resolve any shipping issues as quickly as possible.
10. ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once your order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed you will receive an order confirmation email with all order details. Please review this carefully and contact us immediately at officialcelivya@gmail.com if you notice any discrepancies.
